 Kasten mit darin angeordneten Verdampferplatten und darüberliegendem Spritzrohr bestehen. Die   Erfindung besteht darin, dass der die Dampfabertrittsöffnungen in den Backraum enthaltende Deckel les Kastens in einer Ebene mit der Ofensohle liegt und der untere Teil des Kastens in den Heizraum   des Ofens ragt. 



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in einem   teilweisen Längsschnitte durch     den Backraum   und den Heizraum des Ofens auf der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. Der den   Sehwelapparat   bildende Kasten ist mit a bezeichnet. b ist der Deckel des Kastens, e sind die Dampfdurchtrittsöffnungen in dem Deckel b,   d   sind die Verdampferplatten, e ist das Spritzrohr   und t ist   die   Schwelwasserablauf-   Leitung. Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, ist der Sehwelapparat a so in die Sohle g des Ofens eingebaut, dass die dem Backraum zugewendete Deckelseite mit der Oberfläche der Sohle g in einer Ebene liegt, während der Unterteil des Kastens in den Heizraum   lc   des Ofens ragt.
