In derartigen Kochern erfolgt bekanntlich die Behandlung des Stoffes in zwei Phasen, dem Vor-und Naehkochen. Für die beiden Phasen sind besondere Leitungen n, v vorgesehen, von denen jede mit dem Kessel K und dem Speicher S verbunden ist. In jeder dieser Leitungen ist ein gemäss den Fig. l oder 2 ausgebildeter Schaltapparat , A., angeordnet. Der eine dieser beiden Schaltapparate ist für die während der Verkochperiode gewünschte Nutzdampf- spannung, der andere für die während der Nachkochung gewünschte Nutzdampfspannung eingerichtet. Anlagen dieser Art arbeiten vollkommen selbsttätig und gewähren den Vorteil, dass der Speicher weitgehend entladen werden kann, wodurch seine Kapazität gesteigert wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
