  Verfahren zum   Unterdrnckhdten   von Dampferzeugern und Einrichtungen zu seiner Durchführung. 



   Es sind Dampferzeuger mit Zwangsumlauf bekannt, bei denen sich der Wasser-und Dampfraum in einem unbeheizten Behälter befindet. In diesen Behälter wird bei Dampfumlauf der Heissdampf eingeblasen, bei Wasserumlauf das Dampf-Wassergemisch eingeführt. 



   Man ist bestrebt, die Anheizzeit der Dampferzeuger   möglichst   zu kürzen. Die Dampferzeuger mit Zwangsumlauf sind hier besonders im Vorteil, weil sie keine   Rücksicht   auf auftretende Spannungen, wie sie die normalen Kessel beim Anheizen aufweisen, erfordern. 



   Nach dem Erfindungsgedanken wird die Anheizzeit derartiger Kessel dadurch wesentlich verkürzt, dass der Behälter oder die Behältergruppe von der   Heizfläche   absperrbar geschaltet wird und durch gute Isolierung nach Art eines Dampfspeichers lange Zeit den Dampfdruck ohne Betrieb des Kessels halten kann. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass bei Kesseln mit Wasserumlauf der grösste Teil des Wasserinhaltes, bei Kesseln mit Dampfumlauf der gesamte Wasserinhalt warm gehalten wird und zum Anheizen daher nur sehr geringe Wärmemengen aufzuwenden sind. 



   Weitere wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Umwälzpumpe in der betriebslosen Zeit drucklos gemacht wird, was für ihre Stopfbüchsen sehr vorteilhaft ist. 



   Die Umwälzpumpen können z. B. durch kleine Hilfsventile, welche die Absperrung des Behälters gegen die Pumpe umgehen, warm gehalten werden, um jederzeit betriebsbereit zu sein. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zum Unterdruckhalten von Dampferzeugern, bei denen die Verdampfung durch Beheizung mittels Zwangsumlaufes eines Heizmittels erfolgt, dem durch eine Heizfläche Wärme zugeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung dieser   Heizfläche   mit dem Behälter oder der Behältergruppe, welche den Wasser-und Dampfraum enthält, abgesperrt wird.

   The aim is to shorten the heating-up time of the steam generator as much as possible. The steam generators with forced circulation are particularly advantageous here because they do not require any consideration of the voltages that occur in normal boilers when heating up.



   According to the concept of the invention, the heating-up time of such boilers is significantly reduced by the fact that the container or group of containers can be switched off from the heating surface and, through good insulation in the manner of a steam accumulator, can maintain the steam pressure for a long time without operating the boiler. This ensures that most of the water content of boilers with water circulation and the entire water content of boilers with steam circulation is kept warm and therefore only very small amounts of heat need to be used for heating.



   More is achieved in that the circulation pump is depressurized during the idle time, which is very advantageous for your stuffing boxes.
