Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1>

The invention relates to an electrically heated hot water boiler for supplying heating elements of a hot water heating system.
There are known electrically heated hot water tanks for supplying taps with hot water, which contain two heating elements arranged at different heights. These hot water tanks work in such a way that the cold water flowing into the lower part of the tank is preheated to around 850C by the lower heating element and brought to the boiling temperature shortly before removal by the upper heating element. It is also known in such hot water tanks to switch on only the upper heating element when the hot water consumption is normal and to switch on the lower heating element only when there is a greater demand for hot water, which then only heats the entire contents of the water tank.
As a rule, such hot water tanks are operated in such a way that their contents are preferably heated up during the electricity low tariff period.
The invention is based on the object of designing an electrically heated hot water boiler for supplying a hot water heating system in such a way that the flow water zone in the hot water boiler is quickly heated at the beginning of the low tariff period.
The object set is achieved according to the invention in that the hot water boiler is divided into several heating zones, one heating zone being connected directly to a supply line serving to supply a heating element.
The advantages achieved with the invention are primarily that hot feed water is available to supply the connected heating elements immediately after the start of the electricity low tariff period.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings and is described in more detail below. FIG. 1 shows a side view of a hot water boiler with the associated heating circuit and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the boiler with its heating zones.
With -l- is a hot water boiler for a hot water heating system, the content of which is preferably heated during the electricity low tariff period by means of electrical heating elements - -2, 3, 4 - arranged in the boiler. A heating circuit --5-- is connected to the hot water boiler-l-
EMI1.1
Associated with --6-- - 7--, a mixer - 8 - is connected, which adds cooled water to the hot water flowing through the heating flow line - 5 '- in order to bring the hot flow water to a desired heating temperature for the heating element bring.
