Elektrisches Heiz- oder Kochgerät Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein elektrisches Heiz- oder Kochgerät, bei dem das zur Aufnahme des Heizmittels oder des Kochgutes dienende Gefäß von dem Dampfraum einer mit Elektroden ausgerüsteten Wasserkammer umgeben ist, und besteht darin, daß eine .einzige, mit der Dampfkammer nach außen vollständig abgeschlossene Wasserkammer mit einer bei allen Leistungsstufen nahezu konstanten Wassermenge vorgesehen ist, die Elektroden in mehrere Gruppen mit verschieden großen Eintauchflächen aufgeteilt sind und eine Schaltvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die zur selbsttätigen Leistungsregelung in den einzelnen Heiz- oder Kochstufen die verschiedenen Elektrodengruppen in Abhängigkeit von dem Druck oder der Temperatur des Dampfes im Dampfraum an Spannung legt. Es sind Heiz- oder Kochgeräte dieser Gattung bekannt, bei denen das Regeln in der Weise erfolgt, daß der Elektrolyt aus dem Elektrodenraum in ein besonderes Aufnahmegefäß durch den entstehenden Dampf herausgedrückt wird. Das bedingt das Vorhandensein eines solchen Aufnahmeraumes, was eine Verivieklung des Geräts darstellt. :Es war auch bekannt, besondere Pumpen vorzusehen, die bei den :einzelnen Leistungsstufen die Elektrolytmenge im Elektrodenraum veränderten. Diese bekannten Einrichtungen haben auch noch den Nachteil, daß die Elektroden beim Beginn des Kochvorgangs nicht vollständig mit Elektrolyt bedeckt sein dürfen, da sonst beim Anschalten des Geräts an das Netz ein Stromstoß und damit eine starke Netzüberlastung eintritt.
