PROCEDIMIENTO DE PURIFICACION EXTREMA DEL AGUA DE REFLUJO PRODUCIDA EN LAS INSTALACIONES PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UREA, QUE CONTIENEN COMO CONTAMINANTES AMONIACO, ANHIDRIDO CARBONICO Y UREA, ESTA PURIFICACION SE REALIZA POR HIDROLISIS Y EXHAUSTACION, PARA OBTENER AGUA TRATADA CON UN CONTENIDO DE AMONIACO Y UREA DE 10 A 0,4PPM, ESA PURIFICACION SE REALIZA EN TRES ETAPAS SUCESIVAS, UNA PRIMERA ETAPA DE EXHAUSTACION (STRIPPING) CON VAPOR DEL AGUA QUE SE VA A TRATAR, PARA LIBERAR LOS COMPONENTES CONTAMINANTES VOLATILES Y RECICLANDOLOS A LA INSTALACION DE PRODUCCION DE UREA EN FASE LIQUIDA O DE VAPOR; UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA DE HIDROLISIS DEL AGUA OBTENIDA EN LA ETAPA PRECEDENTE, PARA DESCOMPONER LOS COMPONENTES NO VOLATILES ESTO ES UREA Y BIURETO, ESTA DESCOMPOSICION SE REALIZA A 20-40 ATMOSFERAS RELATIVAS, A 200 240*C Y CON TIEMPOS DE PERMANENCIA DE 20-40 MINUTOS, EN ZONAS SUCESIVAS RECORRIDAS CON UN FLUJO DE EMBOLO, EN CADA UNA DE LAS CUALES SE LIBERA UNA FASE DE VAPOR EN QUE SE REUNE A LOSÑ VAPORES OBTENIDOS EN LAS ETAPAS DE EXHAUSTACION QUE DESPUES SE RECICLAN A LA PRODUCCION DE UREA; LA TERCERA ETAPA EN LA CUAL EL AGUA SOMETIDA A LA HIDROLISIS SE EXHAUSTA ULTERIORMENTE CON VAPOR, LAS ETAPAS DE EXHAUSTACION SE CONDUCEN A PRESIONES DE 1,5 - 4 ATM.
