Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Micropartícula, caracterizada porque dicha micropartícula contiene una o más sustancias activas, en donde dicha una o más o sustancias activas son inmiscibles en agua, en donde dicha una o más o sustancias activas son líquidas (a 21ºC) o están disueltas en un solvente S no acuoso que es inmiscible con agua, y en donde dicha micropartícula contiene i) al menos un fosfolípido PL, ii) al menos un esterol ST, iii) al menos un polipéptido PP, iv) opcionalmente al menos un polisacárido PS que en general está cargado en positivo, y v) opcionalmente una sal inorgánica IS que puede interactuar con al menos uno de los componentes i) a iv) a través de la formación de enlaces no covalentes. en donde la micropartícula es una microcápsula que tiene una cubierta y un núcleo o es una microesfera, en donde el fosfolípido PL, el esterol ST, el polipéptido PP y el polisacárido PS están, en el caso de las microcápsulas, comprendidos en la cubierta de dichas microcápsulas. Reivindicación 21: Proceso para la elaboración de micropartículas, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: A) Proporcionar una mezcla no acuosa que contiene una o más sustancias activas, al menos un fosfolípido PL, al menos un esterol ST y opcionalmente un solvente S no acuoso inmiscible con agua, en donde el fosfolípido PL y dicho esterol ST están disueltos al menos parcialmente en dicho solvente S no acuoso o dicha una o más sustancias activas, B) Emulsificar la mezcla no acuosa obtenida en la etapa A) con agua, asistida mediante mezcla y opcionalmente tensioactivos, donde dicha agua contiene uno o más componentes del grupo de oligopéptido OP o proteína PR disueltos al menos parcialmente, y/o donde uno o más componentes del grupo de oligopéptido OP o proteína PR se agregan a la mezcla acuosa luego de la emulsificación de manera que estén disueltos al menos parcialmente en agua, C) Opcionalmente proporcionar una solución acuosa separada de al menos un polisacárido PS, en donde dicho polisacárido PS en general está cargado en positivo y en donde dicho polisacárido PS está disuelto al menos parcialmente en la solución acuosa, y mezclar dicha solución acuosa de la etapa C) con la obtenida en la etapa B), D) Opcionalmente agregar al menos una sal inorgánica IS a la mezcla durante o luego de la etapa B o luego de la etapa C, dicha sal inorgánica IS puede interactuar con al menos uno de los componentes agregados en las etapas A) a C) a través de la formación de enlaces no covalentes. Reivindicación 32: Un método para controlar hongos fitopatógenos y/o el crecimiento de plantas no deseadas y/o el ataque no deseado de insectos o ácaros, y/o para regular el crecimiento de las plantas, caracterizado porque las micropartículas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 20 o preparadas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 21 a 28 o las formulaciones de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 29 a 30 tiene permitido actuar en las plagas particulares, en su hábitat o en las plantas que se desean proteger de las plagas particulares, en el suelo y/o en las plantas no deseadas y/o en las plantas útiles y/o en su hábitat.
