Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de microcápsulas, que contêm um invólucro e um núcleo de um material insolúvel líquido, em que (a) uma pré-mistura (i) é preparada a partir de água e um coloide de proteção; (b) uma outra pré-mistura (ii) é preparada a partir do material insolúvel e, pelo menos, o isocianato bifuncional (a) ou uma mistura de dois ou mais isocianatos diferentes que contém (a); (c) as duas pré-misturas (i) e (ii) são misturadas em conjunto até formar uma emulsão; (d) pelo menos, uma amina bifuncional, em seguida, é vertida para a emulsão da etapa (c); e (e) a emulsão, em seguida, é aquecida até que as microcápsulas sejam formadas, e em que o material insolúvel líquido compreende um pesticida, em que o coloide de proteção é um copolímero de álcool polivinílico que possui os graus de hidrólise a partir de 60 a 99,9%, e em que o copolímero de álcool polivinílico contém os comonômeros com os grupos aniônicos. além disso, o assunto são as microcápsulas que podem ser obtidas através de dito processo. a presente invenção também se refere a um método para o controle dos fungos fitopatogênicos e/ou do crescimento dos vegetais indesejados e/ou do ataque de insetos ou ácaros indesejados e/ou para a regulação do crescimento dos vegetais, em que as microcápsulas que podem ser obtidas através de dito processo podem atuar nas respectivas pragas, no seu ambiente ou nos vegetais de cultura a serem protegidos a partir da respectiva praga, no solo e/ou nos vegetais indesejados e/ou nos vegetais de cultura e/ou no seu ambiente.
