Abstract
La presente invención da a conocer una tela antiviral no tejida y un método de preparación de la misma. La tela no tejida de polipropileno se prepara a partir de un lote maestro antibacteriano de polipropileno y de polipropileno como materia prima, en el cual se carga un material de zeolita de plata-cerio en el lote maestro antibacteriano de polipropileno. El método de preparación de la tela no tejida de polipropileno comprende los siguientes pasos (1) tomar una zeolita de tipo NaY cargada de iones plata e iones cerio para obtener un material de zeolita de plata-cerio; (2) calentar el polipropileno hasta fusión, y a continuación agregar el material de zeolita de plata-cerio, agitar, mezclar y granular para obtener un lote maestro antibacteriano de polipropileno; (3) después de mezclar uniformemente el lote maestro antibacteriano de polipropileno y el polipropileno, fundir, filtrar, hilar para formar un tejido y finalmente planchar con un rodillo a alta temperatura para hacer una tela antiviral no tejida. La tela antiviral no tejida proporcionada por la presente invención adopta el material de zeolita de plata-cerio como agente antiviral. Tiene las ventajas de las propiedades antibacterianas de los agentes inorgánicos antibacterianos y antivirales a base de plata y de los materiales de tierras raras, y combina las excelentes propiedades de adsorción de la zeolita para mejorar sinérgicamente las propiedades antivirales de las telas no tejidas.
