Abstract

También se proporcionan métodos para elaborar los anticuerpos. Reivindicación 19: Un ácido nucleico que codifica el anticuerpo de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18. Reivindicación 20: Un vector que comprende el ácido nucleico de la reivindicación 19. Reivindicación 21: Una célula huésped que comprende el vector de la reivindicación 20. Reivindicación 24: Una composición farmacéutica que comprende el anticuerpo de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18, y un portador farmacéuticamente aceptable. Reivindicación 25: Un método para producir la composición farmacéutica de la reivindicación 24, que comprende combinar el anticuerpo con un portador farmacéuticamente aceptable para obtener la composición farmacéutica. Reivindicación 26: Un método para activar una célula T, que comprende poner en contacto la célula T con el anticuerpo de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18. Reivindicación 27: Un método para enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar una célula, en donde (A) la célula es una célula que expresa CD8, en donde el método comprende: (i) proporcionar una muestra que comprende la célula que expresa CD8; poner en contacto la muestra con el anticuerpo CD8 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar la célula que expresa CD8 unida al anticuerpo CD8, (ii) poner en contacto una célula que expresa CD8 con el anticuerpo CD8 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar la célula que expresa CD8 unida al anticuerpo CD8, o (iii) poner en contacto una célula que expresa CD8 con el anticuerpo CD8 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar la célula que expresa CD8 basado en la unión de la célula que expresa CD8 al anticuerpo CD8, en donde opcionalmente la célula que expresa CD8 es una célula T, en donde opcionalmente la célula T es un linfocito T citotóxico de CD8+ (CTL); (B) la célula es una célula que expresa CD4, en donde el método comprende: (i) proporcionar una muestra que comprende la célula que expresa CD4; poner en contacto la muestra con el anticuerpo CD4 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar la célula que expresa CD4 unida al anticuerpo CD4, (ii) poner en contacto una célula que expresa CD4 con el anticuerpo CD4 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar la célula que expresa CD4 unida al anticuerpo CD4, o (iii) poner en contacto una célula que expresa CD4 con el anticuerpo CD4 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar la célula que expresa CD4 sobre la base de la unión de la célula que expresa CD4 al anticuerpo CD4, en donde opcionalmente la célula que expresa CD4 es una célula T, en donde opcionalmente la célula T es una célula T colaboradora de CD4+; o (C) la célula es una célula que expresa CD4 y/o una célula que expresa CD8, en donde el método comprende: (i) proporcionar una muestra que comprende las células que expresan CD4 y/o células que expresan CD8; poner en contacto la muestra con el anticuerpo multiespecífico que se une a CD8 y CD4 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar las células que expresan CD4 y/o las células que expresan CD8 unidas al anticuerpo multiespecífico, (ii) poner en contacto las células que expresan CD4 y/o las células que expresan CD8 con el anticuerpo multiespecífico que se une a CD8 y a CD4 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar las células que expresan CD4 y/o las células que expresan CD8 unidas al anticuerpo multiespecífico, o (iii) poner en contacto las células que expresan CD4 y/o las células que expresan CD8 con el anticuerpo multiespecífico que se une a CD8 y a CD4 de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 18; y enriquecer, aislar, separar, purificar, clasificar, seleccionar, capturar o detectar las células que expresan CD4 y/o las células que expresan CD8 basado en la unión de las células que expresan CD4 y/o las células que expresan CD8 al anticuerpo multiespecífico, en donde opcionalmente las células que expresan CD4 y/o células que expresan CD8 son células T, en donde opcionalmente las células que expresan CD4 son células T colaboradoras de CD4+, en donde opcionalmente las células que expresan CD8 son CTL de CD8+.
