Abstract

Un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable de la presente invención que tiene una composición de componentes que contiene, en términos de % en masa, C: 0,06% o menos, Si: 1,0% o menos, Mn: 0,01% o más y 0,90% o menos, P: 0,05% o menos, S: 0,005% o menos, Cr: 15,70% o más y 18,00% o menos, Mo: 1,60% o más y 3,80% o menos, Cu: 1,10% o más y 4,00% o menos, Ni: 3,0% o más y 6,0% o menos, Al: 0,10% o menos, N: 0,10% o menos, O: 0,010% o menos, V: 0,120% o más y 1,000% o menos, C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu y N cumplen con una fórmula predeterminada, y un resto que consiste en Fe e impurezas inevitables, en donde el tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable tiene una microestructura que incluye, en términos de fracción de volumen, 30% o más de una fase martensítica, 60% o menos de una fase ferrítica y 40% o menos de una fase austenítica retenida, y un límite elástico es de 758 MPa o más.
