Abstract
Un proceso para tratar una biomasa lignocelulósica, con: a) tratamiento previo de la biomasa a través de al menos una cocción u operación de explosión de vapor, para obtener un sustrato previamente tratado, b) separación líquida / sólida en al menos una porción del sustrato previamente tratado, que comprende dos subetapas sucesivas: una subetapa b1 corriente arriba que pone en contacto la mezcla sólida / líquida llevada a cabo con una mezcladora continua (M) con el uso de un fluido de mezcla, una subetapa b2 corriente abajo de extracción / lavado, llevada a cabo con un filtro continuo usando un fluido de lavado, para obtener una fase sólida enriquecida en sólido y una pluralidad de fases líquidas enriquecidas en líquido, con reciclaje al menos parcial de una fase líquida extraída del filtro en la entrada de la mezcladora como un fluido de mezcla.
