Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un separador multifásico para separar un fluido multifásico producido por uno o más pozos de petróleo. El separador multifásico comprende: un recipiente de separación que comprende una cámara de entrada y una cámara de petróleo para recolectar el petróleo al menos parcialmente separado por una barrera; una entrada para introducir el fluido multifásico en el recipiente de separación; en donde la cámara de petróleo se coloca en el lado opuesto de la barrera a la entrada; una salida de gas configurada para recolectar gas separado del fluido multifásico; una salida de petróleo configurada para recolectar de la cámara el petróleo que fue separado del fluido multifásico; una salida de agua configurada para recolectar agua separada del fluido multifásico; y un inyector de mezcla de gas y agua configurado para inyectar una mezcla de gas y agua presurizados en una parte inferior del recipiente de separación.
