Abstract
Se proporciona un método de fabricación para una válvula de motor hueco, mediante la cual la condición de la superficie de una superficie interna que comprende un hueco se afina y el volumen del hueco se incrementa. El método de fabricación incluye un paso de forja para obtener una parte intermedia mediante un proceso de forja, en donde la parte intermedia tiene una parte cilíndrica y una parte con forma similar a la de un paraguas asociada con un extremo axial de la porción cilíndrica; un paso de tratamiento térmico para mantener la parte intermedia a una temperatura de calentamiento determinada durante un tiempo de conservación de temperatura determinado de acuerdo con el grosor de la pared de una parte cilíndrica, para suavizar la parte intermedia; un paso giratorio para extraer la parte cilíndrica de la parte intermedia que ha sido tratada con calor en una dirección axial mediante un proceso giratorio; y un paso de encuellamiento para reducir el diámetro de la parte cilíndrica extraída en la dirección axial, mediante un proceso de extracción para formar un vástago y una parte en forma de paraguas.
