Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona un proceso para preparar metil bromuro de dimetil-5,6-dicarboxilato-3-piridilo. Reivindicación 25: Un proceso para preparar una mezcla que comprende compuestos de las fórmulas (2a) y/o (2b) y/o (2c), en donde X es un halógeno, en cada caso, R¹ es C₁₋₄ alquilo y n = 2 y m = 1 (2a), n = 1 y m = 2 (2b) o n = 0 y m = 3 (3c), que comprende hacer reaccionar un dialquil-3-metilpiridin-5,6-dicarboxilato con peroximonosulfato de potasio y una sal metálica de un halógeno en presencia de un iniciador de radicales. Reivindicación 47: Un proceso para preparar un compuesto de fórmula (1), donde en cada caso, R¹ es C₁₋₄ alquilo, que comprende hacer reaccionar compuestos de fórmula (2b - c), donde n = 1 y m = 2 (2b) o n = 0 y m = 3 (2c), en cada caso, R¹ es C₁₋₄ alquilo y X es bromo, con un dialquilfosfito, en presencia de una base, para obtener por tanto el compuesto de fórmula (1).
