Abstract

La procesabilidad de amasado y la propiedad mecánica de un producto de caucho se mejoran por medio de un lote maestro que comprende un compuesto de sulfuro (A) y sílice (B), en donde el compuesto de sulfuro (A) es una cadena o compuesto cíclico que consiste esencialmente en unidades de repetición representadas por la fórmula (1) [en la fórmula (1), R representa un grupo alquileno lineal, ramificado o cíclico que tiene 1 a 12 átomos de carbono; un grupo (poli)oxialquileno lineal, ramificado o cíclico que tiene 1 a 12 átomos de carbono; o un grupo (poli)tioalquileno lineal, ramificado o cíclico que tiene 1 a 12 átomos de carbono (en donde el grupo alquileno, el grupo (poli)oxialquileno y el grupo (poli)tioalquileno no están sustituidos o tienen 1 o más sustituyentes opcionales) y x representa un número entero de 1 a 8] en donde la cantidad de las unidades de repetición n es 1 a 400 y cada una de n unidades de repetición es igual o diferente de la otra, y en donde la sílice (B) satisface las siguientes condiciones, donde: el área superficial específica BET es de 0,1 a 200 m²/g y la absorción de aceite DBP es de 50 a 300 ml/100 g.
