Abstract

Los sistemas poseen un inodoro de descarga de agua que posee una taza de inodoro en comunicación directa con una fuente de agua y se halla montado con un sensor. El sensor incluye un transmisor para transmitir una señal ultrasónica y un receptor para recibir una señal ultrasónica. El sensor puede medir el Tiempo de Vuelo (TdV) de la señal a los efectos de obtener una medición TdV. Un microcontrolador se halla eléctricamente conectado al sensor y puede recibir y procesar la medición del TdV por medio de un algoritmo para determinar el estado de la taza. El inodoro también incluye al menos una válvula para agua que se halla dispuesta entre la taza y la fuente de agua y conectada eléctricamente al microcontrolador para indicar a la al menos una válvula para agua que se desplace desde una primera posición a una segunda posición durante un periodo de tiempo, donde la duración de ese periodo corresponde al estado de la taza.
