Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un compuesto derivado de piridinilimidazol-2-ona. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para preparar un compuesto de fórmula (1), donde R¹ se selecciona entre alquilo C₁₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆ y arilo; R² se selecciona entre alquilo C₁₋₆, arilo e hidrógeno; R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ se seleccionan cada uno independientemente entre hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, nitro y halógeno; que comprende a) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (2) donde R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ son tal como se han definido anteriormente con una base fuerte y un compuesto de fórmula (3), donde R¹ y R² son tal como se han definido anteriormente respecto a un compuesto de fórmula (4) donde R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ son tal como se han definido anteriormente, y b) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (4) con un agente oxidante para producir un compuesto de fórmula (1), donde R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ son tal como se han definido anteriormente. Reivindicación 28: Un compuesto de fórmula (4a) donde R¹ y R² son tal como se han definido anteriormente; (i) uno de R³, R⁴, R⁵ o R⁶ es haloalquilo C₁₋₆ y los otros tres son hidrógeno; (ii) R⁴ o R⁵ es halo, el otro es hidrógeno y R³ y R⁶ son ambos hidrógeno; o (iii) R⁵ es alquilo C₁₋₄ y R³, R⁴ y R⁶ son todos hidrógeno. Reivindicación 29: Un compuesto de fórmula (5).
