Abstract
Un método para en ensayo de uno o más analitos en una matriz de muestra que comprende los pasos de: realizar la extracción de analitos en una matriz de muestra de referencia, en donde dicha extracción de analitos comprende combinar cada matriz de muestra con un solvente durante un mismo periodo de extracción que es menor a un tiempo requerido para alcanzar el equilibrio; y separar el solvente que contiene analitos de la matriz de muestra; luego medir un nivel de analitos presente en el solvente separado; y luego aplicar en una computadora una calibración por la cual se establece una relación matemática entre niveles de analito extraído de cada una de las pluralidades de muestras de referencia. por medio del proceso empleado anteriormente en la extracción de matriz de muestra y un valor de referencia de los niveles de analito para cada muestra de referencia, de manera que así se deriva una medida del nivel de analito en la matriz de muestra. Reivindicación 3: Un método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 en donde uno o más analitos son micotoxinas y la matriz de muestra es grano de cereal.
