Abstract

Un dispositivo para detectar la concentración de gas que incluye un elemento detector de la concentración de gas (10; 20; 30) y una unidad de control electrónico (81). El elemento detector de la concentración de gas (10; 20; 30) incluye una primera celda electroquímica (11c) y una segunda celda electroquímica (12c). La unidad de control electrónico (81) se configura de manera de detectar el contenido de óxido de azufre en el gas de ensayo en base a un primer valor detectado correlacionado con el flujo de corriente a través de la primera celda electroquímica (110) medido cuando se aplica una primera tensión de eliminación a la segunda celda electroquímica (12c) y se aplica una tensión de medición a la primera celda electroquímica (11c).
