Abstract
Un método para determinar la estabilidad eléctrica de una emulsión; dicho método comprende:Colocar una muestra de la emulsión en un espacio entre un primer electrodo y un segundo electrodo;Pasar un álabe a través de cómo mínimo una porción de la muestra, donde la finalización de dicho paso está vinculada a un tiempo de inicio de toma de muestras;Incremento de una diferencia de potencial entre el primer electrodo y el segundo electrodo de manera que un flujo de corriente entre los mismos alcanza un valor umbral, donde el incremento comienza en un tiempo de inicio de incremento de voltaje;Monitoreo del flujo de corriente;Determinación de un intervalo de toma de muestras, donde el intervalo de toma de muestras depende del tiempo de inicio de toma de muestras y un tiempo cuando el flujo de corriente alcanza el valor umbral;Toma de una o mas mediciones de la diferencia de potencial; y Registro de una o más mediciones.
