Abstract
Reivindicación 1: El uso de 2-cloro-3-(metilsulfanil)-N-(1-metil-1H-tetrazol-5-il)-4-(trifluorometil)benzamida o sus sales para combatir plantas no deseadas en áreas de plantas de cultivo transgénicas que son tolerantes a los herbicidas inhibidores de HPPD por contener uno o más genes quiméricos que comprenden (I) una secuencia de ADN que codifica hidroxifenilpiruvato dioxigenasa (HPPD) derivada de un miembro de un grupo de organismos constituido por (a) Avena, (b) Pseudomonas, (c) Synechococcoideae, (d) Blepharismidae, (e) Rhodococcus, (f) Picrophilaceae, (g) Kordia, o (II) una o más secuencias de ADN mutadas de genes que codifican la HPPD de los organismos definidos anteriormente, o (III) una o más secuencias de ADN que codifican la HPPD de maíz (Zea mays) o soja (Glicina max) mutados, cada uno mutado como se describe en el documento WO 2012/021785.
