Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método no centrífugo para producir un banco de células congeladas de alta densidad, el método comprende: a) cultivar células en un biorreactor de perfusión, donde dicho biorreactor está acoplado a un sistema de retención celular; b) concentrar en forma no centrífuga dichas células, para producir una población concentrada de células; c) criopresevar la población concentrada de células, para producir un banco de células congeladas de alta densidad.
