Abstract

Un método para producir bacterias pertenecientes al género Bifidobacterium que tiene excelente viabilidad incluso en varias condiciones con diferentes factores ambientales, bacterias pertenecientes al género Bifidobacterium obtenidas por el método y un método para detectar las bacterias. Por el subcultivo y almacenamiento de las bacterias pertenecientes al género Bifidobacterium en forma alternada en sistemas en condiciones con diferentes factores ambientales, se pueden producir las bacterias pertenecientes al género Bifidobacterium que exhiben excelente viabilidad en todas las condiciones usadas para el subcultivo y almacenamiento alternado.
