Abstract
La presente proporciona una composición de polietileno de baja densidad lineal adecuada para películas moldeadas por fundición, películas realizadas a partir de ella, y dispositivos de envasado que comprenden una o más de dichas capas de película. La composición de polietileno de baja densidad lineal, adecuada para películas moldeadas por fundición de acuerdo con la presente comprende una composición de interpolímero de etileno/a-olefina que posee una constante de distribución de comonómero (CDC) en el rango de 40 a 200, por ejemplo, de 40 a 150, una insaturación de vinilo inferior a 0,12 vinilos por cada mil átomos de carbono presentes en la estructura principal de la composición de polímero basada en etileno; una relación de viscosidad de cizalla cero (ZSVR) en el rango de 1,2 a 5, por ejemplo, de 1,5 a 4; una densidad en el rango de 0,910 a 0,935, por ejemplo, de 0,915 a 0,925, g/cm³, un índice de fusión (I₂) en un rango de 1 a 10, por ejemplo, de 2 a 6, g/10 minutos, una distribución de peso molecular (Mʷ/Mₙ) en el rango de 2 a 3,5.
