Abstract

La presente se refiere a un procedimiento y un aparato para la molienda de material húmedo en un molino de rodillos vertical y es adecuada en particular para la industria del cemento y la molienda de materia prima de cemento húmeda y para la molienda de clínker de cemento y agregados húmedos. Con el fin de evitar reacciones desfavorables entre los materiales húmedos y materiales respectivamente húmedos y secos, en particular en la producción de mezclas de cemento, y para lograr una optimización del procedimiento de molienda y clasificación, se proporciona una mejor eficiencia energética y de mantenimiento de la calidad del producto deseada y rendimiento del molino, mediante el pre-secado del material húmedo en una unidad de pre-secado integrada en el molino de rodillos. El material pre-secado pasa a través del circuito de rechazo y a través del clasificador, después de la separación de finos, por primera vez a la cámara de molienda y es suministrado para la molienda. Una unidad de pre-secado integrada puede estar constituida preferentemente por secadores de tubo de flujo unidireccional integrados en el molino de rodillos y que se extienden desde al menos una unidad de alimentación en la región superior del molino tan lejos como prácticamente a una abertura anular de salida de gas para un flujo de gas caliente que rodea la bandeja de molienda.
