Abstract
Método para producir un fleje de metal (1) en una instalación que comprende una instalación de colada continua (2), un primer horno (3), un segundo horno (4) y un tren de laminación (5) que les sigue. Con el fin de ahorrar energía, el método de la presente prevé los siguientes pasos: a) fijar un nivel de producción de tochos de metal o flejes de metal (1) que comprenda al menos dos tochos de metal o flejes de metal (1) diferentes; b) determinar las respectivas temperaturas de entrada (TFM) al tren de laminación (5) para todos los tochos de metal o flejes de metal (1) a producir; c) determinar una temperatura de salida (TAO₁) del primer horno, la que se selecciona más baja que la temperatura de entrada (TFM) al tren de laminación (5) más alta determinada en el paso b) y más baja o sustancialmente igual que la temperatura de entrada (TFM) al tren de laminación (5) más baja, determinada en el paso b); d) operar el primer horno (3) de manera tal, que los tochos de metal o los flejes de metal (1) a producir abandonen el primer horno (3) a la temperatura de salida (TAO₁) del primer horno (3) determinada en el paso c); e) calentar o recalentar un tocho de metal o un fleje de metal (1) a producir por medio del segundo horno (4) a su temperatura de entrada (TFM) necesaria al tren de laminación (5), siempre que esta temperatura sea superior a la temperatura de salida (TAO₁) del primer horno (3) que se alcanzó en el paso d). Además, la presente se refiere a una instalación para la producción de un tocho de metal o un fleje de metal. Reivindicación 22: Instalación para producir un tocho de metal o un fleje de metal (1), caracterizada porque comprende una instalación de colada continua (2), un primer horno (3) que le sigue en dirección de avance (F), un segundo horno (4) que sigue al primer horno (3) en dirección de avance (E) en forma de horno de inducción y un tren de laminación (5) que en dirección de avance (F) sigue al horno de inducción 4), en particular para aplicar el método de una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 20, en la cual el horno de inducción (4) presenta una cantidad de bobinas de inducción (6) separadas en dirección de avance (F), donde entre las bobinas de inducción (6) se encuentran dispuestos medios calorífugos (7, 8, 9, 14, 15).
