Abstract
Fertilizante granular de cloruro de potasio que comprende uno o más micronutrientes y uno o más ingredientes aglutinantes. El fertilizante se prepara compactando una materia prima que comprende cloruro de potasio con uno o más micronutrientes y uno o más aglutinantes opcionales, de manera tal de formar una composición cohesionada de cloruro de potasio, la cual puede someterse a un procesamiento ulterior, por ejemplo, trituración y dimensionamiento, con el propósito de formar una composición cohesionada de cloruro de potasio que contiene micronutrientes. Con este proceso, es posible obtener un producto fertilizante con propiedades elementales superiores y con una mejor distribución del tamaño de los gránulos, sin comprometer sus cualidades de manipulación o de almacenamiento.Reivindicación 1: Un producto de cloruro de potasio cohesionado, caracterizado porque contiene uno o más micronutrientes, donde el producto de cloruro de potasio toma la forma de una composición de cloruro de potasio compactada, donde la composición comprende cloruro de potasio en una cantidad de entre aproximadamente 99,999 por ciento en peso y aproximadamente 0,001 por ciento en peso; al menos un componente micronutriente en una cantidad de entre aproximadamente 0,001 por ciento en peso y aproximadamente 99,999 por ciento en peso, donde cada componente micronutriente está disponible en forma de un ión metálico en el compuesto. Reivindicación 8: El producto de cloruro de potasio de la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el al menos un micronutriente se selecciona del grupo que consiste en el boro (B), el cinc (Zn), el manganeso (Mn), el molibdeno (Mo), el níquel (Ni), el hierro (Fe), el cobre (Cu), el azufre en forma elemental (S), el azufre en forma de sulfato oxidado (SO4) y las combinaciones de éstos.
