Abstract
Uso del mononucleótido marcador CAT25 en un método basado en una PCR cuádruple con el que pueden detectarse los cánceres colorrectales (CRC) con deficiencias en MSH6. La PCR cuádruple de la presente solicitud es un ensayo sencillo, robusto, más económico (en comparación con la PCR quíntuple habitual), altamente sensible y específico con el que puede identificarse la inestabilidad a nivel de los microsatélites (MSI) en los CRC.Reivindicación 1: Un sistema para detectar la inestabilidad a nivel de los microsatélites (MSl) en una muestra biológica obtenida de un sujeto humano o de un animal, caracterizado porque comprende una cantidad de mononucleótidos marcadores que es suficiente para detectar un cambio en la expresión del gen MSH6, en la expresión de la proteína MSH6 o en ambas, donde los mononucleótidos marcadores comprenden CAT25, BAT25, BAT26, NR21, NR22, NR24, NR27 o cualquier combinación de éstos.
