Abstract
Métodos para la producción de una planta de soja transgénica, parte de planta de soja o célula de la planta de soja con resistencia incrementada al parasitismo del nematodo del quiste de la soja, que comprende introducir en la planta de soja parte de planta de soja o célula de la planta de soja, una secuencia de nucleótidos de miR164 heteróloga, donde la secuencia de nucleótidos heteróloga de miR164 se expresa en la planta de soja parte de planta de soja o célula de la planta de soja, para producir de esa manera una planta de soja transgénica, parte de planta de soja o célula de la planta de soja con resistencia incrementada al parasitismo del nematodo del quiste de la soja con respecto a una planta de soja control, parte de planta de soja o célula de la planta de soja. Se divulgan además métodos para reducir la formación de quistes por el nematodo del quiste de la soja en una planta de soja, parte de planta de soja o célula de la planta de soja, como así también composiciones que incluyen constructos de ácido nucleico para la transformación de una planta, parte de planta o célula vegetal y plantas, partes de plantas y células vegetales transformadas.
