Abstract
Composiciones que contienen los compuestos de la fórmula (1) y los métodos para controlar las enfermedades de las plantas causadas por un patógeno fúngico; donde el método comprende aplicar una cantidad efectiva de un compuesto o una composición de la solicitud.Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto caracterizado porque se selecciona entre la fórmula (1), N-óxidos y las sales de los mismos, en donde Q1 es un anillo fenilo sustituido con entre 1 y 4 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre R5a; o un anillo tienilo, pirazolilo, imidazolilo, tiazolilo, piridinilo, piridazinilo o pirimidinilo o un sistema de anillos quinazolinilo, donde cada anillo o sistema de anillos opcionalmente está sustituido con hasta 4 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre R5a en los miembros del anillo que son átomos de carbono y R5b en los miembros del anillo que son átomos de nitrógeno; Q2 es un anillo fenilo sustituido con entre 1 y 4 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre R5a; o un anillo tienilo, pirazolilo, imidazolilo, tiazolilo, piridinilo, piridazinilo o pirimidinilo o un sistema de anillos quinazolinilo, donde cada anillo o sistema de anillos opcionalmente está sustituido con hasta 4 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre R5a en los miembros del anillo que son átomos de carbono y R5b en los miembros del anillo que son átomos de nitrógeno; R1 y R2 son cada uno de forma independiente H, halógeno, ciano, nitro, alquilo C1-3, alquenilo C2-3, alquinilo C2-3, haloalquilo C1-3, haloalquenilo C2-3, ciclopropilo, halociclopropilo, hidroxialquilo C1-3, cianoalquilo C2-3, alcoxialquilo C2-3, alcoxi C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, alquiltio C1-3 o haloalquiltio C1-3; R3 es halógeno, -OR6 o -SCºN; R4 es H o alquilo C1-6; cada R5a es de forma independiente halógeno, ciano, hidroxi, nitro, alquilo C1-3, alquenilo C2-3, alquinilo C2-3, haloalquilo C1-3, haloalquenilo C2-3, ciclopropilo, halociclopropilo, cianoalquilo C2-3, alquiltio C1-3, haloalquiltio C1-3, alquilsulfinilo C1-3, haloalquilsulfinilo C1-3, alquilsulfonilo C1-3, haloalquilsulfonilo C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, alcoxi C1-3, alquilcarboniloxi C2-4, alquilcarbonilo C2-3, alquilamino C1-3, dialquilamino C2-4, alquilcarbonilamino C2-3, trialquilsililo C3-6, -CH(=O), -NHCH(=O), -C(=S)NH2, -SCºN o -T-U-V; cada R5b es de forma independiente ciano, alquilo C1-3, alquenilo C2-3, alquinilo C2-3, haloalquilo C1-3, ciclopropilo, alcoxialquilo C2-3, alquilaminoalquilo C2-3, dialquilaminoalquilo C3-4, alcoxi C1-3, alquilcarbonilo C2-3 o alcoxicarbonilo C2-3; R6 es H, -CH(=O), alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C3-6, haloalquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, halocicloalquilo C3-6, alcoxialquilo C2-6, cianoalquilo C2-6, alquilcarbonilo C2-6, alcoxicarbonilo C2-6, (alquiltio)carbonilo C2-6, cicloalquilcarbonilo C4-8, cicloalcoxicarbonilo C4-8, (cicloalquiltio)carbonilo C4-8, alcoxi C2-6(tiocarbonilo) o cicloalcoxi C4-8(tiocarbonilo); cada T es de forma independiente O, S(=O)n, N(R7) o un enlace directo; cada U es de forma independiente alquileno C2-6, alquenileno C2-6, alquinileno C3-6, cicloalquileno C3-6 o cicloalquenileno C3-6, en donde hasta 3 átomos de carbono se seleccionan de forma independiente de C(=O), cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con hasta 5 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre halógeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6 y haloalcoxi C1-6; cada V es de forma independiente ciano, N(R8a)(R8b), OR9 o S(=O)nR9; cada R7 es de forma independiente H, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alquilcarbonilo C2-6, alcoxicarbonilo C2-6, (alquiltio C2-6)carbonilo, alcoxi C2-6(tiocarbonilo), cicloalquilcarbonilo C4-8, cicloalcoxicarbonilo C4-8, (cicloalquiltio C4-8)carbonilo o cicloalcoxi C4-8(tiocarbonilo); cada R8a y R8b es de forma independiente H, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C3-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, halocicloalquilo C3-6, alquilcarbonilo C2-6, alcoxicarbonilo C2-6, (alquiltio C2-6)carbonilo, alcoxi C2-6(tiocarbonilo), cicloalquilcarbonilo C4-8, cicloalcoxicarbonilo C4-8, (cicloalquiltio C4-8)carbonilo o cicloalcoxi C4-8(tiocarbonilo); o un par de R8a y R8b se toman junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al cual se unen para formar un anillo heterocíclico de entre 4 y 7 miembros, donde el anillo opcionalmente está sustituido con hasta 5 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre R10, cada R9 es de forma independiente H, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C3-6, cicloalquilo C3-6, halocicloalquilo C3-6, alquilcarbonilo C2-6, alcoxicarbonilo C2-6, (alquiltio C2-6)carbonilo, alcoxi C2-6(tiocarbonilo), cicloalquilcarbonilo C4-8, cicloalcoxicarbonilo C4-8, (cicloalquiltio C4-8)carbonilo o cicloalcoxi C4-8(tiocarbonilo); cada R10 es de forma independiente halógeno, alquilo C1-6, haloalquilo C1-6 o alcoxi C1-6; cada n es de forma independiente 0, 1 ó 2; con la condición de que: (a) cuando Q1 y Q2 son ambos fenilos sustituidos con entre 1 y 4 sustituyentes que se seleccionan de forma independiente entre R5a, entonces al menos un sustituyente R5a se une en una posición orto; y (b) cuando R1 es H, entonces R2 es distinto de H.
