Abstract

cada W e Y es independientemente CH2, O, C(=O), S(=O)n, NR8 o una union directa; R2 es un anillo fenilo opcionalmente sustituido con hasta 5 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente entre R6; o un anillo heterocíclico de 3, 4, 5 o 6 miembros que contiene miembros del anillo seleccionados entre átomos de carbono y hasta 4 heteroátomos seleccionados entre hasta 2 átomos de oxígeno, hasta 2 de azufre y hasta 3 de nitrogeno, donde hasta 3 átomos de carbono miembros del anillo se seleccionan independientemente entre C(=O) y C(=S), y los átomos de azufre miembros del anillo se seleccionan independientemente entre S(=O)p(=NR9)q, el anillo heterocíclico se sustituye opcionalmente con hasta 5 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente entre R6 sobre átomos de carbono miembros del anillo y R6a sobre átomos de nitrogeno miembros del anillo;
