Abstract
La presente se refiere a un aparato para determinar y/o monitorear estructuras ajenas en un fluido o en un flujo de fluido, en particular en la sangre o en la corriente sanguínea, que al menos tenga un medio de monitoreo óptico, al menos un medio de monitoreo por ultrasonido, y al menos un medio de evaluación de señales, donde el fluido puede ser monitoreado de manera óptica por lo menos a través del medio de monitoreo óptico, y por lo menos a través del medio del monitoreo por ultrasonido, y donde al menos una estructura ajena, en particular una burbuja de aire y/o un cuerpo sólido, como ser por ejemplo un coágulo de sangre, se puede reconocer en el fluido a través del medio de evaluación de señales con referencia a la combinación de las señales de monitoreo obtenidas, en particular con referencia a la comparación de las señales de monitoreo adquiridas y/o se puede distinguir de al menos una segunda estructura corpórea ajena a través del medio de evaluación de señales.
