Abstract
Proceso para la preparacion del compuesto de formula (1), dicho proceso comprende a) hacer reaccionar un compuesto de la formula (2), donde X es cloro o bromo, con una especie organometálica en una atmosfera inerte hasta obtener un halobencino de formula (10), hacer reaccionar el halobencino de formula (10) así formado con ciclopentadieno hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (3); b) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de formula (3) en presencia de un solvente inerte con un oxidante hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (4); c) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de formula (4) en presencia de un ácido de Lewis y una fuente de hidruro hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (5); d) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de formula (5) en presencia de un agente de oxidacion, una base y un solvente inerte hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (6); (e) convertir el compuesto de formula (6) en presencia de un fosfano y CCI4 o CHCI3 hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (7); y ya sea f1) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de formula (7) con NH3 en presencia de un catalizador hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (8); y g) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de formula (8) en presencia de una base con un compuesto de formula (9), hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (1); o f2) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de formula (7) en presencia de un solvente, una base, un catalizador de cobre y por lo menos un ligando con el compuesto de formula (9a), hasta obtener el compuesto de formula (1). Reivindicacion 7: El compuesto de formula (4) donde X es cloro o bromo. Reivindicacion 8: El compuesto de formula (5) donde X es cloro o bromo. Reivindicacion 9: El compuesto de formula (7) donde X es cloro o bromo.
