Abstract

La solicitud se refiere a un catalizador, para la deshidrogenación de alcanos o sustituyentes alquilo de hidrocarburos, que contiene un cuerpo moldeado que consiste en por lo menos uno o varios óxidos de un elemento del segundo al cuarto grupo principal o subgrupo de la tabla periódica o un compuesto de óxido mixto de este último elemento, donde los constituyentes sirven como el material básico del cuerpo moldeado; un componente adicional que contiene un óxido de un elemento del cuarto grupo principal de la tabla periódica, donde dicho óxido se agrega durante el proceso de moldeo; y un compuesto de platino y un compuesto de un elemento del cuarto grupo principal de la tabla periódica seleccionados como componentes de superficie del catalizador. Método de deshidrogenación de alcanos que utiliza el catalizador de acuerdo con la solicitud. Reivindicación 8: Un método para la producción del catalizador, caracterizado porque: a) se impregna el cuerpo moldeado en una o varias etapas de impregnación simultáneamente o consecutivamente con el componente activo y el componente adicional de superficie, y b) se procesa el cuerpo moldeado producido además en etapas de método subsiguientes para obtener el catalizador.
