Abstract

La invención se refiere a un catalizador para la deshidrogenación de alcanos o sustituyentes de alcanos de hidrocarburos, el cual contiene un cuerpo moldeado que consta de cuando menos uno o varios óxidos de elementos de los grupos principales o secundarios II a IV de la Tabla Periódica o de un compuesto mixto oxídico a base de los anteriores, siendo que los componentes fungen como material básico del cuerpo moldeado; un componente adicional que contiene un óxido de un elemento del grupo principal IV de la Tabla Periódica, el cual se agrega durante el proceso de conformación, y en donde un compuesto de platino y un compuesto de un elemento del grupo principal IV de la Tabla Periódica se seleccionan como componente superficial del catalizador. La invención también se refiere a la obtención del catalizador con los materiales reclamados mediante distintas etapas de procedimiento así como a un procedimiento para la deshidrogenación de alcanos con el catalizador de conformidad con la invención.
