a invenção se refere a um processo para preparação de polissiloxanos modificados com oligo ou polialquileno éter por transesterificação de polissiloxanos funcionalizados com alcóxi com oligo ou polialquileno éteres terminados em oh na presença de um ácido alcanossulfônico como catalisador. os polidimetilsiloxanos modificados com oligo ou polialquileno éter obteníveis através deste processo são adequados como agentes antiespuma, como agentes umectantes e como aditivos em formulações de material de revestimento.
