Abstract

Un procedimiento para la produccion de una composicion hidrosoluble que comprende un activo insoluble en agua que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) proporcionar una mezcla líquida que comprende: i) un activo insoluble en agua disuelto, ii) un portador hidrosoluble disuelto, iii) un solvente para cada uno de los activos y el portador, y b) granular por pulverizacion la mezcla para remover el solvente, o cada solvente, y obtener una nanodispersion sustancialmente libre de solvente del activo insoluble en agua en el portador, dicho activo insoluble en agua se encuentra en nanopartículas que tienen un rango de tamano que oscila entre 999 y 20 nm; o las siguientes etapas: a) proporcionar un polvo sustancialmente libre de solvente que comprende un activo insoluble en agua disperso en el portador soluble en agua, dicho activo insoluble en agua se presenta como nanopartículas que tienen un rango de tamano que oscila entre 999 y 20 nm, y b) granular por pulverizacion el polvo para obtener partículas más grandes y más densas. La solicitud también se refiere a productos granulados libres de solvente con un tamano de partícula que oscila entre 20 micrones y 10 mm y una densidad aparente superior a 0,4 g/cm3 que comprende un material portador hidrosoluble, el material portador tiene allí disperso un activo insoluble en agua, donde tras la adicion de agua el portador se disuelve para formar una dispersion acuosa del activo con un tamano de partícula pico (promedio Z) inferior a 800 nm, preferentemente, inferior a 500 nm, y con mayor preferencia, inferior a 200 nm. La solicitud también se refiere a un procedimiento ôinversoö en el cual el activo es hidrosoluble y el portador es soluble en aceite.
