Abstract
Se describen varios procedimientos para operar una entidad inalámbrica de transmision/recepcion (WTRU) en modo en reposo de evolucion a largo plazo (LTE). Los procedimientos incluyen: métodos para aplicar prioridades de reseleccion de célula en la WTRU, métodos para convertir un estado de movilidad de la WTRU entre modos de operacion, en método para asignar un estado de movilidad a la WTRU, y un método para determinar si la WTRU puede acceder a una célula de grupo cerrado de abonados (CSG). También se describen métodos y un aparato en las operaciones del mecanismo de transicion del estado de movilidad de LTE entre un modo en reposo de WTRU de LTE y un modo conectado, una definicion del parámetro de Pcompensation para LTE, definiciones de validez de prioridad de reseleccion de célula de tecnología de acceso interfrecuencia e interradio, y principios de ampliacion de cobertura para células de CSG.
