Abstract
Se describe un sistema catalítico en lecho mixto y su activacion para síntesis directa de éter dimetílico a partir de gas de síntesis, que comprende un catalizador de síntesis de metanol y zeolita ferrierita en su forma ácida como componente deshidratante de metanol, siendo ambos mezclados físicamente en forma pulverulenta con granulometría definida o como pastillas. Otro objeto de la presente es un procedimiento para obtencion de la forma ácida de la zeolita ferrierita. Otro objeto es un procedimiento para síntesis directa de éter dimetílico a partir de un gas de síntesis, utilizando el sistema catalítico.
