Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso de produccion de un papel voluminoso con un patron concavo-convexo que constituido por regiones de baja densidad con un alto grado de expansion de part¡culas expandibles por calor y regiones de alta densidad con un bajo grado de expansion de part¡culas expandibles por calor, que comprende: fabricar una l mina mixta unica con part¡culas expandibles por calor uniformemente dispersas en fibras a partir de un material para la fabricacion de papel que se prepara dispersando una materia prima de fibras y part¡culas expandibles por calor en agua; luego se vaporizan secciones seleccionadas de la l mina mixta unica con aire caliente humedo o vapor de agua por encima de la temperatura de expansion inicial de las part¡culas expandibles por calor para provocar la expansion de las part¡culas expandibles por calor en tales secciones; y luego se seca a una temperatura a la cual las part¡culas expandibles por calor no se expandan por completo. El proceso permite el libre diseno de secciones concavo-convexas en papeles voluminosos.
