Abstract
Un aparato de eliminacion de líquidos adaptado para separar el líquido de una mezcla de líquidos y solidos. El aparato incluye una membrana movible y permeable teniendo una primera cara y una segunda cara opuesta. Una porcion de faja carga de dicha segunda cara se configura para recibir dicha mezcla. Un sistema de apoyo de una membrana permeable configurada para proporcionar un apoyo movible a dicha porcion de la faja de carga e incluye un área de transporte ubicado junto o en contacto con por lo menos una parte de dicho primer lado de la faja de filtro por debajo de la porcion de la faja de carga. El aparato de eliminacion de líquidos tiene una caja con una cámara de baja presion en contacto sellado con el primer lado de la membrana permeable. Un sistema de acondicionamiento de presion aplica una presion diferencial a través de la caja para generar una presion menor en el primer lado de la faja de filtro que en el segundo lado. El área de transporte se encuentra dentro de la cámara de baja presion.
