Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de la formula 1 caracterizados porque los sustituyentes tienen los siguientes significados: R1es alquilo C1-8, alquenilo C2-8, aIquiniIo C2-8, cicloaIquilo C3-8, cicloalquenilo C3-8, fenilo o un heterociclilo mono o bicíclico, aromático, parcial o completamente saturado de tres a diez miembros, que contiene además de átomos de carbono uno a cuatro heteroátomos del grupo O, N y S como miembros de anillo; R2 es amino, alquilo C1-8, alqueniIo C2-8, alquinilo C2-8, alcoxi C1-8, cicloalquilo C3-8, cicloalquenilo C3-8, fenilo o un heterociclilo mono o bicíclico, aromático, parcial o completamente saturado de tres a diez miembros, que contiene además de átomos de carbono uno a cuatro heteroátomos del grupo O, N y S como miembros de anillo, pudiendo los grupos R2 estar unidos directamente o por medio de un puente de carbonilo; R3, R4 significan independientemente entre si hidrogeno, aIquilo C1-8, halogenoalquilo C1-8, alquilcarbonilo C1-8 o alcoxicarbonilo C1-8; R5, R6 significan independientemente entre si aIquilo C1-8, halogenoalquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-4 o cicIoaIquilo C3-8; R7 es hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, halogenoalquilo C1-8, alcoxi C1-4, o halogenoalcoxi C1-8; y grupos alifáticos y cíclicos R1 a R6 pueden llevar uno, dos, tres o hasta el numero máximo de grupos iguales o diferentes de Ra, que son seleccionados independientemente entre si de: Ra halogeno, hidroxi, oxo, nitro, ciano, carboxilo, alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, halogenoalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, halogenoalcoxi C1-4, cicloalquilo C3-6, cicloalqueniIo C3-8, alqueniloxi C2-6, alquiniloxi C3-6, alcoxiimino C1-4, alquilideno C2-8, cicloalquilideno C3-8, alquilamino C1-12, alcoxicarbonilo C1-4, alquilcarboniloxi C1-4, NRARB, alquileno C2-8, oxialquileno C2-8, oxialquilenoxi C1-8, fenilo, naftilo o un heterociclilo mono o bicíclico, aromático, parcial o completamente saturado de tres a diez miembros, que contiene además de átomos de carbono uno a cuatro heteroátomos del grupo O, N y S como miembros de anillo; pudiendo los grupos cíclicos Ra estar unidos directamente o por medio de un átomo de nitrogeno o de oxígeno; pudiendo en los grupos divalentes Ra las cadenas de carbono estar interrumpidas por uno a cuatro heteroátomos del grupo O, N y S y las valencias libres estar unidas al mismo o a dos átomos vecinos; pudiendo los grupos alifáticos o cíclicos Ra a su vez estar parcial o completamente halogenados y/o llevar uno, dos, tres o hasta el máximo numero de grupos iguales o diferentes de Rb pueden llevar; Rb halogeno, hidroxi, nitro, ciano, carboxilo, alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, halogenoalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, halogenoalcoxi C1-4, alquilcarbonilamino C1-8, fenilo, fenoxi, piridilo, piridiloxi o cicloalquilcarbonilamino C3-8; pudiendo los grupos cíclicos Rb a su vez estar parcial o completamente halogenados y/o llevar uno, dos, tres o hasta el máximo numero de grupos iguales o diferentes de Rc pueden llevar; Rc halogeno, hidroxi, nitro, ciano, carboxilo, alquilo C1-4, alquenilo C2-4, alquinilo C2-4, halogenoalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o halogenoalcoxi C1-4; RA, RB significan independientemente entre si hidrogeno, alquilo C1-8, halogenoalquilo C1-8 o alquilcarbonilo C1-8; L1, L2, L3, L4 significan independientemente entre sí hidrogeno, halogeno, alquilo C1-4, halogenoalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 o halogenoalcoxi C1-4; donde R1 y R2 o R1 y R3 o R2 y R3 o R3 y R4 y/o R5 y R6 pueden formar cada vez conjuntamente con los átomos que los une un grupo cíclico saturado o parcialmente insaturado de cinco a diez miembros, cuyo grupo puede contener además de los átomos de carbono uno a tres heteroátomos del grupo N, O y S y/o estar parcial o completamente halogenados y/o llevar uno, dos, tres o hasta el máximo numero de grupos iguales o diferentes de Ra; X es oxígeno o azufre; y las sales agronomicamente aceptables de los compuestos de la formula 1. Reivindicacion 9: Procedimiento para la preparacion de compuestos de la formula 1 de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizado porque se condensan compuestos de la formula 2 donde Y es un grupo intercambiable nucleofilamente, con compuestos de la formula 3 y se transforman los resultantes compuestos de la formula 4 bajo condiciones básicas con compuestos de la formula 5 en compuestos de la formula (1). Reivindicacion 15: Procedimiento para combatir hongos nocivos fitopatogenos, caracterizado porque se tratan los hongos o los materiales, plantas, el suelo o las semillas a proteger frente a la infestacion por los hongos, con una cantidad efectiva fungicida de un compuesto de la formula 1 de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8.
