Abstract
Un instrumental quirurgico que incorpora el uso de imanes para aplicacion en cirugía mínimamente invasiva para realizar cirugía abdominal con una unica incision a través de la cicatriz umbilical que es la más usada, también esta incision puede hacerse por algun orificio natural corno la vagina, boca, etc. La presente también describe una herramienta quirurgica para manipular los dispositivos quirurgicos magnéticos, un aparato quirurgico para posicionar un imán externo durante una cirugía, una sonda quirurgica que comprende al menos un imán en uno de sus extremos, una herramienta quirurgica para manipular imanes esféricos y arandelas, una cánula con sistema para cenir nudos y ajustar un catéter y un retractor quirurgico de organos. En general la presente comprende instrumentos para realizar colecistectomías (extirpacion de la vesícula), pero también sirven para todo tipo de intervencion que requiera movilizacion, traccion, contra traccion o también separacion de organos abdominales. Pueden ser usados en laparoscopía, cirugía general, ginecologica, urologica, pediátrica etc.
