Abstract
Se describen métodos para recubrir un sustrato. Estos métodos comprenden; (a) orientar verticalmente al sustrato entre una cortina de fondo orientada verticalmente y una pistola rociadora; (b) recubrir al menos parcialmente el sustrato orientado verticalmente con una composicion de recubrimiento líquida, curable por radiacion, sustancialmente con 100% de contenidos solidos, pasando la composicion a través de la pistola rociadora donde la composicion de recubrimiento es atomizada, con lo cual una porcion de la composicion de recubrimiento atomizada se deposita sobre el sustrato orientado verticalmente y una porcion de la composicion de recubrimiento atomizada se deposita sobre la cortina de fondo orientada verticalmente; (c) exponer el sustrato recubierto a radiacion ionizante y/o radiacion actínica para curar la composicion de recubrimiento depositada sobre el sustrato; y (d) remover y reusar al menos una porcion de la composicion de recubrimiento depositada sobre la cortina de fondo orientadora verticalmente, también se describen sistemas o disposiciones para implementar dichos métodos.
