Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir un producto de poliuretano que comprende los pasos de: (a) suministrar por lo menos un poliisocianato, (b) suministrar por lo menos una composicion de poliol que comprende por lo menos alrededor de 5 % en peso en base al peso total de polioles de por lo menos un poliol a base de aceite natural (b1) con un numero hidroxilo de como máximo alrededor de 300 y una viscosidad por debajo de alrededor de 10000 mPaòs; y (c) exponer el poliisocianato y la composicion de poliol a las condiciones de reaccion de modo que se formen cadenas de uretano, en donde las condiciones de reaccion incluyen la presencia de por lo menos un catalizador de bismuto. El uso de catalizadores de bismuto es particularmente aplicable para la preparacion de espumas de poliuretano flexible de células abiertas que emplean polioles realizados a partir de recursos renovables, opcionalmente con otros polioles. La presente incluye espumas realizadas mediante el procedimiento, incluyendo espumas viscoelásticas, preferentemente aterciopeladas al tacto.
