Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para la deshidrogenacion de alcanos, en el cual en un reactor para la deshidrogenacion de alcanos se hace pasar el alcano por encima de un catalizador y el proceso puede realizarse en forma adiabática o no adiabática, y el catalizador para la deshidrogenacion es regenerado después de una fase de reaccion mediante el pasaje de un gas, donde este gas al cabo de una breve fase de barrido con vapor de agua, se hace pasar por encima del catalizador, y este gas de regeneracion se compone de un gas que contiene oxígeno y vapor, y después de la regeneracion se elimina el gas con contenido de oxígeno del catalizador al hacer pasar vapor por encima, donde la duracion temporal del pasaje de un gas con contenido de oxígeno es notoriamente menor en comparacion con los procedimientos usuales, y en relacion con la duracion total de la regeneracion es 70% o menor, y el catalizador después de realizar la regeneracion presenta una mayor selectividad para la formacion de alqueno manteniéndose la actividad al mismo nivel, y el catalizador se compone de un metal del grupo de los metales de platino o del grupo VIB del sistema periodico de los elementos que se aplica en forma de un compuesto o en forma elemental sobre el material base que se compone esencialmente de oxidos de los elementos estano, zinc o aluminio
