Abstract

La presente solicitud tiene por objeto las líneas celulares diferenciadas que tienen fenotipo hepatocitario capaz de producir albumina y factores de la coagulacion, siendo tales células derivadas de una línea celular humana leucémica, preferiblemente la línea celular humana THP1, y conservando las características de inmortalidad. Entre las líneas celulares de la presente, son preferidas las líneas denominadas PSC-THP1-EP, PSC-THP1-EP-FAST, PSC-THP1-HEP e PSC-THP1-EPEP. La presente es también relativa a los procedimientos para la obtencion de las líneas celulares de la presente, y de los empleos de tales líneas celulares en particular para la produccion de albumina y/o factores de coagulacion
