Abstract

Se proveen células de bacterias productoras de ácido láctico modificadas por cultivo que contienen un compuesto de porfirina y su utilización en un nuevo método para reducir el contenido de oxígeno en un material de partida de un producto alimenticio o forraje y los medios para mejorar la vida en góndola y/o la calidad de estos productos utilizando las células de bacterias productoras de ácido láctico modificadas por cultivo. Estas células modificadas por cultivo son útiles en la fabricación de un producto alimenticio o forraje y para la fabricación de metabolitos producidos por células modificadas.
