Abstract
Dispositivo y procedimiento para la deteccion de micotoxinas así como kits adecuados para la realizacion del procedimiento. Reivindicacion 1: Procedimiento para la deteccion rápida de micotoxinas, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) preparar un guiaondas de capa fina que comprende una primera capa (a) de guiaondas opticamente transparente sobre una segunda capa (b) opticamente transparente, en donde (b) posee un índice de refraccion menor que (a), sobre la que se inmovilizan separados espacialmente entes de union específicos y/o afines como elemento de reconocimiento químico o bioquímico para micotoxinas y/o un ente de union; b) aplicacion de una muestra que contiene micotoxina(s) y de entes de union a los entes de union inmovilizados sobre el guiaondas de capa fina; c) detectar una senal en el campo de evanescencia mediante la interaccion del ente de union inmovilizado sobre el guiaondas de capa fina con las micotoxinas de la muestra y/o los entes de union; d) determinar la cantidad de micotoxina(s) presentes en la muestra. Reivindicacion 2: Procedimiento segun la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque se aplica sobre el guiaondas de capa fina monocapas o capas multiples de ácidos organofosforicos segun la siguiente formula (1): R-OPO3H2 y/o ácidos organofosforicos segun la siguiente formula (2) R-PO3H2 y/o sus sales, en donde R representa alquilo con C10 a C24.
